Hi I’m Megan and July is HEALTHY EATING month! Did you know that apples are actually more effective than COFFEE at waking you up each morning? My blog will look at the effects healthy eating can have on our bodies and also share some health recipes and snacks you can try at home!

Sugar Swaps – 1 or 2 sugar swaps can make a huge difference on the amount of sugar you eat per day.

Why not try some of these swaps:

  • Pudding Pots     to       Low Sugar Jelly
  • Cake Bars            to       Malt Loaf

Small changes like this can help to recuse sugar intake, improve cholesterol and overall heart health.

Takeaway / Fakeaway – We all love a takeaway on a weekend but why not try a fakeaway? Just as YUMMY as a takeaway but much healthier!
