Here you will find information on our training packages alongside our resources you can download for free or request paper versions for your patients and service users.
If you would like to refer anyone in to the service please email HNF-TR.firstname.lastname@example.org providing us with a brief overview of the reason for the referral, their full name, date of birth and a contact number and we will contact them within 48 working hours to discuss their referral. Alternatively you can download our E-Referral forms by completing the contact us tab at the bottom of the page.
Within this section you can look at all of our training packages currently available. We are an accredited centre for the Royal Society of Public Health and can provide training from supporting behaviour change, Make Every Contact Count, Brief Interventions and more. All of our training is aimed at improving your confidence and knowledge on supporting people to make positive changes towards their health. You can book onto our pre-booked courses or you can get in touch to discuss bespoke training for your team.
