Hello! My name’s Lydia and I am your Pharmacy Wellbeing Service Coach. We know it’s been a difficult year for many, but for those in and around Pharmacy it has been a year for many of increased anxieties, work pressures and concerns of the impact on their own health alongside their loved ones.
This has been recognised and we want to do more locally to ensure you all feel supported and able to have a safe and confidential space to discuss how you are feeling.
I will be available to provide you with virtual 1-1 personalised support to discuss your health and wellbeing utilising the Recovery Star model. I will provide support and motivation for up to 8 appointments over a 12 week period to help guide your recovery with goal setting and motivational techniques to help you not only make changes in your current lifestyle but have the skills and confidence to maintain these in the long term.
Not only will I have daytime appointments available but will be working evenings and weekends too so please don’t feel you will be unable to access my support because of your job.
I will be writing monthly blogs to talk to you about simple ways to make small steps to changing how you feel or your current lifestyle.
